Cortése is the digital concierge
for luxury hospitality.
Masserie (Puglia's historic farmhouses) and historic houses, superyachts, five-star luxury hotels, private clinics: four courts, one kind of care. Demanding guests, discretion as part of the service, a memory of preferences worth its weight in gold. Wherever there is a guest, there is a court of Cortése.
Four worlds, one kind of care.
Cortése
Live todayThe digital concierge for boutique hospitality, born in Puglia: a web app for the guest, a command centre for the staff, built on real service, not on tickets.

CortéseCREW
In testingThe onboard concierge, offline-first on a server the size of a book: it works even in the middle of the ocean, and guest data never leaves the ship.
The court of the sea · in Italian
CortéseON-PREM
In testingThe concierge that talks to no one: everything runs on a mini PC inside the hotel's walls, with zero connections to the web. Not even we can see the data.
The court of silence · in Italian
CortéseCLINICS
In testingHospitality only, never clinical data: comfort requests leave the call button and reach the right person, the medical record stays in the clinic's own systems, and we stay out.
The court of care · in ItalianThe court changes, the philosophy doesn't.
The four courts share the same platform, the same design and the same rules: the ones that aren't up for negotiation.
Data stays in the house
Minimal data, belonging to the place that hosts: never resold, never a commodity. In the On-Prem courts and on board, it doesn't even leave the building.
No app, no account
For the guest, the phone already in their pocket is enough; for the staff, a browser. Nothing to download, nothing to learn, nothing to forget.
Born from real service
Cortése grew up alongside the people who welcome guests, in the masserie and historic houses of Puglia: not on tickets, not in a lab.
Product first, promises later.
Cortése is a family project, Loconsole Digital, from Modugno, in Puglia. The craft comes from far away: Knightsbridge, 1989, the dining rooms of the Hyde Park Hotel in London. That's where the house rule comes from: product first, promises later. Our story →
