How we handle property and guest data, in a few lines.

Encrypted connections

The website, the guest app and the Desk travel over HTTPS/TLS only.

No payments in Cortése

Cortése never touches payments: requests and extras are recorded, and the property collects them as it always has. No card or bank account numbers pass through us.

Restricted access

Only the property's staff can open the Desk, and each property sees its own data, never anyone else's.

Infrastructure

We rely on professional cloud providers: Vercel for the website and the applications, Supabase for the database.
