Not because a brochure says so. Because before we switch anything on, we read your house, and we take out everything that isn't yours.
Almost every digital product for hotels works the same way: you get a login, pick one of three templates, fill in the empty fields and publish. The result is correct. And it is identical to everyone else's who filled in the same fields.
For a property that sells a room, that's fine. For one that sells the way it welcomes people, it's the problem: the one thing that sets you apart is exactly what a form can't capture.
The work isn't switching the app on.
It's deciding which part of you deserves to reach the guest.
That's why we don't hand you Cortése to configure. We build it ourselves, around you, in six steps, and the sixth leads back to the first.
Your website page by page, your photos one by one, your reviews. Not to look at the average score: to understand what guests always ask you for, and what they recognise in you. By the time we meet, we already know the name of the person at reception, because your guests write it.
This is the step no template can do. If you don't have a spa, no guest will ever be offered a massage. If you make wine, the wine goes on the first page. Opening times and Wi-Fi stay at the bottom, with the things that are useful but say nothing about you.
Sections exist only where the service exists: what you don't offer doesn't show up empty, it doesn't show up at all. And what the guest finds changes with the time of day and the day of the stay: on the evening they arrive, they don't need the same thing as on the third afternoon.
We write the content ourselves, in your tone, and put it into Italian, English and German: you don't have to write a line. In Puglia we also record the story of your local area with a real voice, and it is free for your guests for the whole stay.
In Puglia, we come to you. In every room, a wooden frame that belongs with the furniture, carrying the code, not a sticker on the bedside table, and the same in the common areas. The Desk goes onto your staff's phones, with the notifications tested live, and we train your team ourselves.
Further afield, we do this step remotely: QR codes printed and shipped for the rooms and common areas, and staff training by video call.
You see the numbers: how many people looked at your restaurant and how many booked, item by item. And if a number is zero, we tell you anyway. Then those numbers take us back to the first step: we listen to the property again and adjust.
This is where the difference that matters lies, and it isn't the design. A standardised product has to be good enough for thousands of properties, and delivery day is the day it has given everything it had to give. For Cortése, that day is the beginning.
Because from then on your guests tell us things: what they open, what they ignore, where they stop, what they still ask reception because they couldn't find it. This is information that didn't exist before and that nobody else has: it is about your guests, in your house.
We don't promise to change something every three months.
We always watch, and we step in when the numbers say it can be done better.
If nothing urgent comes out of the analysis, that's what we tell you: we looked, these are the numbers, there's no change worth making. A change made to show we're busy is a change that makes things worse.
And a second thing happens: when the same behaviour comes back across many properties, we don't fix your page, we fix Cortése. Which means your Cortése also gets better thanks to houses you've never seen.
We'd rather say so up front. For some properties this method is time and money badly spent, and if yours is one of them, we'll be the ones to tell you.
You see the method before you sign: we build the demo with your property.
Let's look at it together
